On one side - where there is a triangle, it's completely dry. Moreover, the expiration dates are excellent. The sharp side is convenient and easy to apply. It doesn't clump or smudge throughout the day. It can be washed off with micellar water. I'll take a second one - I still want to try applying it on both sides.

Delivery is very long to Ukraine by Ukrposhta, 1.5 months. The product arrived intact and undamaged. Everything is as in the photo. The quality is not bad, but the eyeliner itself is not very long-lasting. Over time, I may update the review.
