This seller scammed me! I ordered a 27-piece set, but only a single bottle of gel polish arrived. After i opened a dispute, they sent me a resolution saying i didn’t have enough evidence, even though i sent them photos of the small package where the label clearly shows which order it was from. The package was obviously far too small to contain the full set, but despite that, aliexpress support refused to assist me.

Then i contacted the seller and offered to return the parcel in its original packaging. In the chat, the employee seemed helpful and willing to assist, and told me to leave my email and that they would reply within 24 hours. Almost immediately, i received an email saying again that i didn’t have enough evidence that i hadn’t received the full set. In the end, i neither got my money back nor did they want me to return the package. They simply scammed me!

Be careful when ordering from this seller — i personally will never visit their store again!

It's nice to be able to buy multiple products at once, and if you're into doing your nails as a hobby, I think you can just buy this one. However, I was a bit disappointed because the gel nail size was smaller than I expected, but it's still cute and nice!
