The seller poorly packaged the goods, didn't put anything inside the box, and the blush broke into pieces. I opened a dispute and took the promotional code to send the package back, but they didn't accept the code because it had already been used at the post office. I contacted customer support, and they promised to help with the code. Shame and disgrace to this store for their terrible service and misleading promotional codes.
