I got a refund, but I kept the product because they told me not to return it! But it's actually much better than I thought. Slightly smaller than I expected, but they pigment well. The case they come in is made of good material and they are soft to the touch. It seems that the darker and more shiny shadows are water-resistant.

The color is exactly as seen in the photo and the delivery was really fast. Highly recommended!

The eyeshadow is good, however the actual product is more warm toned rather than cool toned as the picture suggests.

I like this palette i thought i wouldn't get so much pigment from them with my finger but surprisingly there is i haven't used it with a brush yet but i will have to try so i recommend buying it if you want a cheap palette.

The item comes in an elegant box. There are glitter particles. I recommend it for party makeup but still natural-looking.

I'm not sure about the color, but there's a strange smell, like a chemical smell? I'm not sure what to say, but it's not great.

This is amazing! As I push the eyelid down, the inner eyelashes come up slightly and it lifts right away. For those with long eyelashes, you might need to push the upper eyelid just a little and lift while checking for curling. Even though my eyelashes are short, thin, and not very strong, they last a long time. It would have been better if it was stainless steel; since it's plastic, you need to adjust the pressure carefully.

It's almost identical to Klio Music Library, which is great.

The two colors have slightly different atmospheres; it feels like an extra spoonful of coral has been added. It's pretty, and I hope the color payoff is good.

I'm so satisfied with the color! It's almost the same shade as in the picture. There are many different colors and they're all so pretty. I haven't applied it yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing the results.

I believe they sent me the wrong color palette. I received fmt-es12-8 instead of es13-3. So sad, but not the end of the world.
